Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that address business needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units and IT or development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Documentation & Training: Document all business requirements, process flows, and procedures. Provide training and support to users post-implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, suggesting further improvements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  •  years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
