From what started as an initiative to help companies improve their Diversity and Inclusion, SheWork.in was founded in 2019. Since then, we have grown to a talent community of 25000+ IT professionals and have helped 150+ companies in expanding their businesses through innovative, cost-effective and sustainable shared employment. We are on a visionary mission to break the barriers of traditional hiring and move towards a more stable model of hiring by creating a win-win situation.
