Who are We?
We started as a bunch of believers helping companies boost their productivity, creativity and effectiveness by hiring top tech talents.
From what started as an initiative to help companies improve their Diversity and Inclusion, SheWork.in was founded in 2019. Since then, we have grown to a talent community of 25000+ IT professionals and have helped 150+ companies in expanding their businesses through innovative, cost-effective and sustainable shared employment. We are on a visionary mission to break the barriers of traditional hiring and move towards a more stable model of hiring by creating a win-win situation.
