We are seeking an experienced SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) Engineer / Designer to support instrumentation engineering activities for EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in SPI and a strong understanding of instrumentation design standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain instrumentation data in SPI, including Specification Sheets, Loop Drawings, Wiring Drawings, Hook-ups, Instrument Index, I/O Lists, Cable Schedules. Prepare As-Built Instrumentation Data and ensure accuracy across all deliverables. Create and manage Loops, Instruments, Panels, and Cables within SPI. Allocate I/O and configure various field instruments. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards and client requirements. Required Skills & Expertise: Proven expertise in SmartPlant Instrumentation as an Engineer/Designer. Strong knowledge of Loop Diagrams, Specifications, Hook-ups, Instrument Index, Process Data Module. Familiarity with various field instruments and I/O allocation. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in customization of Specification templates, Symbol libraries, Loop drawing templates, Hook-up templates. Ability to import data from Excel & Access into SPI. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
